  Chris and Danielle literally saved my life from two nightmares before them their men did excellent work Chris overlooked all Danielle always available for questions and with what he had to correct was in reasonable time . Great workmanship Chris always answered my calls or returned right away very hard to come in after disaster and he accomplished it. To this day months and months from final he continues to work with me and answer my calls believe me that is exceptional on longboat key . I highly recommend but Chris more thank you for being here for me after husbands death and the nightmares before you - can’t thank you enough !

  I needed a major renovation and Southpaw came highly recommended by my condo property manager. Owners Chris, Danielle and my project manager, Josh, took an idea, a vision and created something more than I could have imagined. Southpaw has the resources as well as the guidance to meet any and every budget and I so appreciate their extensive knowledge. Josh is incredible to work with - because of his experience, quick response and availability - I felt informed and comfortable every step of our journey together. I knew I would be putting this property on the market at completion and the result of what Southpaw created for me had my condo under contract in exactly two weeks. That speaks volumes and it is with great confidence I recommend Southpaw for any remodeling needs.

  I never realized how amazing the experience of working with a contractor could be until I worked with Chris and Josh at Southpaw. My condo flooded in Helene and I worked with them for the renovation. There was no detail that they didn't attend to and with a smile, they were on time, detail oriented, CLEAN and organized. If i ever texted or emailed them, literally would hear back within an hour or so at the most. They use a fantastic website where they would upload pictures of what happened that day at the condo and it also held a calendar of when they expected things to be done. The entire time during the reno, i never had to wonder what they were working on, if something was done and not being there during the renovation - it was so great actually seeing pictures and videos of what was happening. I had originally wanted to work with the contractor my two neighbors partnered with and SO GLAD that didn't work out. Southpaw started my project weeks after they did and literally, to this day (9/5/25) - they still aren't done and their places look a mess. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to someone and would work with no one else in the future (prayers we don't need to - sorry Chris and Josh!). THANK YOU for taking one of the most stressful times in my life and making it into a really great experience!
