  Southpaw did a full install of all new Impact Windows (PGT) and doors in our house. The process went smoothly and it was a big project. We reconfigured some existing windows to different sizes and some were eliminated. All stucco was repaired and when we ran into some deteriorated wood in spots all the necessary repairs were completed in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend Southpaw. Our second project was a whole house remodel. Chris, Danielle, Josh, and all the crew are fantastic! We believe the tile work is some of the best we have seen. Everyone we had contact with was professional and fantastic. Hiccups? Of course with a whole house to renovate but problems were always solved with us in mind. Fantastic Communication and pictures to show all steps along the way. Danielle was fantastic at bouncing ideas off of and always willing to meet to finalize selections. Josh was always there to brainstorm a problem. You know you have a great contractor when the people around comment on how great he is to work for/with! SO happy with our new house but will not hesitate to call Southpaw back for any future ideas.

  These guys are real Pros! Used them to GC major and complex Bird Key renovation project and we are thrilled with the result. Performance was expert and timely. They use first class subcontractors and have great relationships with them. Several instances of value engineering in their part that saved us money. And they are r nice guys too!!

  Southpaw did work on the condo above us and needed to access some plumbing in two of our bathrooms. They were courteous, extremely careful and prepped our floors and walls to avoid any damage. An extra touch was when they stopped by with a gift card to show their appreciation for allowing them access to
