I have never been more pleased with a plumbing company! I’ve used them several times now at various locations, and they’ve always done a great job and honest about the work and pricing. I recommend them to other people all the time now.

Please ask and check cost before and during, when using Phillips.
I have attached a copy of my invoice from Phillips for full transparency. I am not disputing the quality of work, time spent at my house or cost of material, but time spent to complete the work.
I was a return customer, my first service call was great and felt good about using Phillips.
The shower handle in one bathroom has a seized set screw and asked Phillips to let me know if they could remove it or not. Additionally asked while here to check the set screw, to re-seat both toilets because I'm paying for 1 hour minimum regardless. When Dusty arrived, let him know the same thing I told the office and the shower handle is under warranty and just need to know if they can remove the set screw, or if it was junk.
Dusty had another person with him, they split up and went to work and so did I. While I was working, wasn't till 2 hours later when I went to check and see how things were going. I honestly did not think anything of it, and it was about this time they started cleaning up. Imagine my shock to see a bill for $548 and all that was completed was replacing the wax ring, re-seating two toilets and told the set screw in the shower could be removed!!!
I was told he wasn't used to having another guy with him, throwing him off and only charging me 1-man rate instead of a 2-man, inferring the cost could be higher. Again, I am happy with the quality of work and cost of materials, but feel the time spent to complete the work is suspect.
2.5 hours for two professional plumbers to re-set two toilets and say they were unable to remove a set screw.
It has been three days since I have requested a call back with no response.

I just had my entire house repiped by Phillips Plumbing. Don and Matt did an outstanding job!! Highly recommend these guys. I have a 1960's block construction home with slab foundation, so they had to run the new lines via the attic. Very little space, but they got it done quickly and neatly. And very reasonable.
