  From working with us to create the designs for our home renovation through the completion of the project, the PDR team was absolutely great to work with - extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, did what they committed to on time and within budget. Tom Phillips, the owner, was involved in our project from beginning to end ensuring that we were very satisfied with their work. Our designer, Nikki Pislaan, worked with us to create a new kitchen layout and to select cabinets, countertops, and flooring - all of which we are extremely satisfied with. Our project manager, Dan Erikson, was onsite almost throughout the project, supervising the subcontractors and ensuring that all of the work was done properly and to our satisfaction. When Hurricanes Helene & Milton came our way, Dan went above and beyond by helping us prepare for and recover from these events. He kept us well informed of the progress and promptly responded to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend PDR and will use them on our next project.

  My full condo renovation was a BIG DEAL to me. So, when interviewing a design & construction team, I looked for a kitchen & bath company that would go above and beyond. A talented and patient team that would literally work around me, since I lived & worked from home on-site. Boy, did I find the right team - PDR Kitchen & Bath! I really can’t say enough good things about this first class operation. I had them carry out two renovations, the first being the largest, full kitchen and master bath, and then later, the guest bath. Both renovations were done in a timely and professional manner. I can confirm what the other reviews have said about Dan & Tom. Dan's strength & talent is in work coordination & communication – he kept things moving along and never failed to keep me in the loop. He was on-site just about every day to ensure that there were no surprises or problems. He never failed to consult with me, and if I needed it, he gave me good advice. Dan made living through two on-site renovations painless. All this while also working with the building management downstairs in this condo high rise, and keeping them happy as well. All throughout this process, I can't say enough about how Dan kept me informed about the schedule, and in both cases, the projects were done on time or early. Most renovations are chaos and a stress —Dan is the man who tames that beast, making the whole crazy process easy to live through. The PDR crews were also attentive & courteous. You could tell that PDR takes pride in the work that their subs deliver. Their work was first class, and at the end of every day, they cleaned up. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all.

  PDR just completed a complete remodel of our home. They did a great job. Tom, Kenny, Bob - straight-up guys and very engaged in the work at all times.

  Amazing... VERY pleased with our remodel... we did our kitchen, master bath & flooring in bedrooms. From the start with Dan - with project manager Bob & owner Tom ... EVERYONE was very professional & completed the project on time! The attention to detail, the expert craftsmanship & the end project was better than expected.... highly recommend!!! We looked at a few companies & PDR stood out. They delivered 100%.... Thank you PDR!!!

  I don’t normally limit the field to only one option with home services, but when it comes to kitchen and bath, PDR Kitchen & Bath is the only option I will consider. The level of customer service is paired seamlessly with their industry knowledge ensuring they deliver an experience beyond expectation.
