He appraised the issue, provided a price and then went to Home Depot for parts that he did not have. Ruben returned to the house and proceeded to replace the drain line. His work was done quietly and he cleaned up after himself. Ruben is a professional and polite young man and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He is an asset to New Life Plumbing and hopefully is well compensated for his work. New Life Plumbing is fortunate to have such a high caliber person among their staff.
