They have now scheduled 2 Saturday’s to come out and fix their job, but both times did not show, and worse, we never received a call or a follow-up. Also, half way thru the install, they realized that apparently they don’t know how to measure, and needed another pallet of pavers, and wanted considerably more money to finish the job. While I didn’t agree with their measurements, I did agree to pay several hundred dollars more, because I CAN measure. Do not use this company! Once they get your money, they no longer care. The second photo is the email thread indicating they were actually going to fix their mistake…..this is the only communication I’ve had. Where is the part about communicating about cleaning options and recommendations? Don’t believe anything this company says!

This was our second project with Luxurious Pavers team. First one (patio pavers and sealant) was a success, and so was the second one (roof extension for our seating area, patio pavers extension along with large pool enclosure-no pool).. Hard working team, detail oriented and sticking to the plan. Great quality job done, responsive to calls and messages, could not been any happier. Highly recommended. We even loved the music that kept them going 😁
