First with our initial renovation, second after the flood from Helene, and third with our relocation and another major renovation. We cannot explain what it meant to us after the flood to have IWF come in and replace our entire first level with new wood flooring. The crew was amazing, efficient, and finished in 2 days! We have since moved from that location and IWF worked with us to install our new floors in two phases, 6 months apart. Their willingness to work with us on a very challenging schedule and to come back to finish when we were ready was refreshing and we couldn't have done it without them. They sincerely care about their clients and it shows in the service and excellence they bring to a project.

The product we purchased from IWF was superior to the Big Box stores in town. The installers were very professional and did a really nice job.
