- JEJay EAug 23, 20231.0Absolutely one of the most incompetent branches that Herc has. I was left on the side of the road for hours because of a flat tire and had to find my own trailer to get my equipment off the side of the road. On Monday I sat there from 5:30 until 10:30 at night and was told the problem could not be repaired. I was told they would have the trailer towed to a Herc locations and that I could leave it there. Now Wednesday I receive a text from Alex out of the Sarasota location telling me the trailer is repaired on the side of the road in Tampa and if we don’t pick it up and bring it to them we will be charged. They obviously don’t understand what customer service is and do not appreciate our business.
