    Nathaniel came out and did an excellent job with my first maintenance on my generator. He even took the time to go back over to the unit (after he had wrapped-up) to show me how to check something I had a question around . . . A++ . . .

    My first Generac maintenance was performed this week by Rick Mayo of Generx Generators. Rick was on time and was very thorough, explaining everything he was doing as he performed the maintenance. He explained a lot about the generator and, after explaining the option to test the system by shutting the electric to the house, performed a teat to insure the switching and sensors are all Working correctly. I was very happy with the maintenance and the work done by Rick. Thank you!
