  We used Gallo Plumbing at two homes for more than ten years and were very happy with their service and pricing over that time. However, in the process of replacing the vapor barrier under my mobile home in 2024, a leak was found coming from one of the bathrooms which a plumber from Gallo "fixed." After Debby last year, the vapor barrier needed to be replaced and it was discovered that the leak still existed. A plumber from Gallo again responded and "fixed" the issue. Several months later, the flooring near the original leak started lifting and it was discovered that that the leak was now much worse, with several inches of water on top of the vapor barrier necessitating removal and replacement of the vapor barrier, the insulation, the subfloor, and the floor in the entire bathroom and bedroom. So far, it has cost me more than $10,000 in repairs since that first small leak which is a significant hit to my budget as a senior citizen on a fixed income. I have contacted Gallo by email and by phone but the owner, Jason, has not responded.

  I purchased a water softener online and asked Gallo to install. OMG! These guys are fantastic. Incredibly professional, quote was exact, completed the installation in a few hours, ...Look no further for a fair price and superb customer service and installation of all your plumbing needs. I have them on speed dial just in case another 40 day flood occurs...cuz, if anyone could address a water cataclysm like that...it is THESE GUYS!

  Gallo Plumbing didn't stand behind their work. I had Gallo Plumbing come out, Kyler. I paid $170.00 for them to unclog the sewer line. 2 days later it was still clogged. Initially they wanted to charge me $120.00 to come back out, but they didn't charge after we objected, and they tried to unclog the sewer line again. That worked for a day, and now today; actually started last night, both bathrooms are not working again. It is obstructions in the line, that can be dislodged with the machine they have, I have had plumbers in the past and they stand behind their work when it comes to this for 30 days. I am not asking for anything, other than the right thing to be done. I just want them to unclog the sewer line that I paid $170.00 for them to do, and have my family use our bathrooms. UPDATE: 3-6-21: I GOT ANOTHER COMPANY OUT AND THEY CLEARED THE LINE, AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING PERFECTLY. JASON THE OWNER CALLED AND TEXTED ME, SAYING HE WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT. IT IS NOW A WEEK LATER AND NOTHING !! HE LEFT ME HANGING !! I GAVE HIM AND HIS COMPANY A CHANCE-------IT'S A SHAME.

  These guys are the BEST. Not the other company that claims to be the BEST. The other company charged me $1400.00 and I still had issues. The Other company wanted to charge another $2k to fix the problem. Gallo came out and less than $500.00 resolved the issue. Do yourself a favor and call Gallo First. Forget the Rest.
