- BMBayleigh MillerApr 10, 20241.0I had a terrible experience with what I’m assuming to be the General Manager, we are a growing company within our local community and have many years of experience within the industry. I recently visited the store and was confronted by an employee with a very distasteful attitude. The employee informed me that I wasn’t able you use the facilities/amenities because I do not sustain a high dollar account. The fashion in which he approached the situation was inappropriate and unprofessional. Also while writing this review I was curious to see what others were saying about the establishment, most of the good reviews were from years ago. I have many friends in the industry and I’ll be letting them know about the kind of customer service I experienced. Do better Ferguson.
