  Their response time was great and my service agent, Venel, was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He got our AC back up and running.

  We have an annual maintenance contract for two visits per year. They were out four months ago, and since then our AC went out and DelAir was unable to come out for 48 hrs. We had to hire a different company to fit the AC. Note that we have a new home, going on four years. We installed top of the line equipment. Fast forward to today. Our drip line was backing up, causing the Ac to shut down. We were emptying it every night. I called DelAir and they came out. After two hours. They said they flushed the drip line and recommended 2,400 worth of services to remedy the situation. We are ending out contract and seeking a new HVAC provider.
