He was very engaging, determined I need a new thermostat, installed it, checked my unit and everything is working great. I would recommend Custom Climate for your HVAC needs.

He told me my one year old Heating unit was not working the way it should and replaced it two days later with a new heating unit, which was free since the system was still under warranty. The price I paid for the system maintenance is for two visits per year.
