- TFTrumper FoxDec 15, 20255.0I called Cool Coast upon recommendation of a Neighbor. Only wish I had called them a year ago to install the new system. Hind sight.. but anyway they came right out.. diagnosed the problem and had me up and running within a short time.. It wasn't a permanent fix but they didn't leave me with out Cool or Heat while we waited for the replacement part ( for a 1 year old system??) Yes and thanks to their diligence it arrived sooner than expected.. had an issue installing it.. because previous one was installed in adequately ... dang.. but yes they stuck to it never leaving me guessing what was going on. Everything was explained and approved by me before they proceeded. Like I said.. I only wish I had hired them in the first place. I know I would have gotten a better unit for less.
