Hind sight.. but anyway they came right out.. diagnosed the problem and had me up and running within a short time.. It wasn't a permanent fix but they didn't leave me with out Cool or Heat while we waited for the replacement part ( for a 1 year old system??) Yes and thanks to their diligence it arrived sooner than expected.. had an issue installing it.. because previous one was installed in adequately ... dang.. but yes they stuck to it never leaving me guessing what was going on. Everything was explained and approved by me before they proceeded. Like I said.. I only wish I had hired them in the first place. I know I would have gotten a better unit for less.

We had a problem with the IFLO and Joe Clark, the technician, initiated a call to the owner, Bryan, and within minutes, the problem was resolved. It was such a pleasure to speak to Bryan and have a resolution to our problem immediately addressed. After our phone call with Bryan, Joe Clark followed with a phone call and had someone set up an appointment with us. We can't say enough about this company. They respond quickly, call within a half hour of arriving to our home. They are professional, honest, efficient, and most importantly they are knowledgeable. They are a quality company.
