The second project was remodeling all 3 bathrooms, laundry room renovation and new flooring throughout the house. The end product is high quality. They were dependable and showed up when they were scheduled. There were no surprises and we were not nickeled and dimed on project costs or changes. I’ll use them again for our next project.

I'm happy with how the new kitchen turned out, but the project management and execution were severely lacking. Throughout the project, I felt like I had to "babysit" the contractors. There were constant miscommunications between the office staff and the on-site crew, leading to a lot of scheduling issues. I had workers show up unannounced, and on other days, no one would show up when I was told they would. I could tell it was frustrating for the crew as well. One exclaimed "They were supposed to call you!" when I answered the door surprised to see him. There were also multiple instances of careless work. The team damaged parts of my home, as well as the new cabinets, and tried to hide the issues instead of bringing them to my attention. It took multiple conversations and rejections of their sloppy repair attempts for them to finally fix the damage properly. I also had to point out several other details that were done incorrectly, such as sloppy grout work, cabinet pulls pointing in different directions, and lights that were supposed to be on a dimmer were installed without one. They even measured incorrectly and ordered extra cabinets. The most shocking part was an employee smoking a cigarette inside my home. While the kitchen itself is satisfactory, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project was disappointing. If you hire this company, be prepared to be very hands-on and keep a close eye on the work.

It was easy to communicate and work with the construction team who did a beautiful job making our new bath modern and up to date.
