I was charged $375 for one breaker.

Then they can't even fix and refinish the drywall they would be cutting just to install two pendant lights and a switch. The guy they sent isn't even a certified electrician and he was wanting to add wiring and install the surge protector. No way, dont send a non-electrician to do major electrical work and then charge us more than any certified electrician in this area has quoted.
