  We have had Badger Bobs out quite a few times. Everyone has been professional and did a good job. We had had a major plumbing problem that was quite a project, Landon and his colleague were outstanding. Landon was probably one of the most respectful young men I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable explaining everything all along the way and being so careful as they had to jackhammer inside our house, while keeping it clean Highly recommended Gail Cristello

  Chris the technician came out to repair ice maker. After he diagnosed the issue he ordered a part. He was back out quickly and realized we needed another new part as well. The new part was ordered promptly and he came back out as soon as part came in and fixed it to working order. During the process I was not charged any new visit time. I appreciate his openness and his overall accountability of seeing the job through. I would recommend Badger Bob’s service to anyone.

  They did not install my new AC system on 09/27/25 correctly. The safety disconnect for the condenser unit was bypassed. The cooling and heating modes were running simultaneously so they disconnected the heat. The uv kit that was supposed to be installed was not. The line for the safety float switch extends too far out and won't allow the closet door to properly close. The installers didn't have multimeters or refrigerant probes to test proper output. The installer then requested another technician come out to diagnose issues with the system. His manager then canceled the request and I was told someone would call me to schedule the repairs on the following Monday. That did not occur. The salesperson I dealt with called me over a week after the install to see how it went. I told him of the issues and he said he would contact someone to resolve the issue and then asked that I please leave at least a 9 on the review. I did not receive a call back from Badger Bobs so I reached out on 11/11 and was told that my issue was under review and they couldn't schedule the work.

  I've used Badger Bob's on two prior jobs. They came to swap out my smoke detectors for new long life battery detectors and also to swap out a new fan/light in my bathroom. I explicitly told the electrician that I only wanted to do the fan/light if he could fit the exact space the existing one was in. He went ahead with the job and low and behold...it didn't fit and now I'm stuck with repair work in a 10' ceiling that is exactly what I didn't want. When he gave me the estimate for the full job, he told me it would be about 4 hours of work. When he finished in 90 minutes, I told him I never would have approved the (very expensive) work if I'd know it was only 90 minutes of work. His response: If I'd gotten someone else, they would have taken four hours and he was just very efficient. Really? Bottom line: I will never ever ever use them again. I felt totally ripped off. My bad for not understanding that the four hour estimate was total BS. I take pleasure in knowing that I have a lot more electrical work I want done (outdoor lighting, some other upgrades, not to mention plumbing for a bathroom remodel) and will not be using them. But that's a pretty sad statement. Sarasota has a ton of other electricians...and sorry I didn't go with one of them. I will next time! Lesson learned.

  Terrible technician I do NOT recommend this company technician talk with tenants wirh out permission of the owner. In addition that technician say something terrible about the house and tehm the technician told me something different tenants proof to me what technician say to them and it is not same conversation what he told me.... terrible company technician no alone speak withe tenants beciade they are not going ro pay any repair in the house. Terrible i do not recommend this company technician trying to sale a membership og Badger bob's has when i dont want it is will going pay full amount any repair but he persists to buy the membership and he was text me around 20:15pm and still offer me the membership with this information:Cash price is 2499 The comfort club club is 0 dollars up front no credit check install 24.99 a month that goes up 3% every year with a life time warranty on parts and labor and tank if you stay on the program. If you sign up for the program and buy out you'll save 400+ dollars cause the program price is 2084, they electrical upgrade is 375$ If you do the program and do the electrical upgrade you only pay 375 at the finish of the water heater replacement, unless the electrical guy has other work to do And I say i don't want a membership and still say is better them youpay a full amount amd he still persists sale a membership again I do not recommend this company issues in the door????😊😊😊
