    We recently purchased a Mini split AC /heater and an osmosis water filter from Badger Bob The master plumber Maciej was very meticulous and made sure we new about proper flushing of the unit The installers for the Mini Split Jesse lead and Kris tech were just as meticulous and thorough as Maciej and did a great job of cleanup after the install All of the installers were first class kept us up to snuff as to sequencing of the installs and communicated very well Andy the salesman was very helpful in presenting sales option and showed up during the installs to insure all was going well Pricing was fair I would certainly recommend Badger Bob for your next project!

    Not great. But I’m waiting on a call from Bob’s to see if someone can help. The Tech came diagnosed the problem. Said it was because it needed a part. A Bosch Refrigerator Ventilation device with a specific model number he shared with me. He looked up the part number and said the company they get parts from didn’t have it. I asked to see if he could find it elsewhere and suggested several sources. He said we only use one source. I found the part number elsewhere and he said he would come back if I got it, but it would not be warranted. After he left I called Bosch to make sure it was the right part number. They told me that part is no longer manufactured but IT WAS.NOT a part that is compatible with my refrigerator In other words the tech diagnosed a problem, then said this particular part number would fix the problem, then said I don’t have the part and can’t get you the part because we only buy parts from a certain supplier. But if you buy the part I’ll come back and install it. Except the part he told me would work does NOT work according to the Bosch company. So I’m waiting for Badger Bob to call me back. I asked the Customer Service Rep if a Bosch expert would call. She said I would get a call soon. I’ll update this after I get the call

    During a service my home was damaged (very minor) but Badger Bob's made it right by sending out someone to repair it. I'll be 100% honest the soffits are not the same but at least the damage is gone. During this repair as well the original service that could not be completed was able to be done with the soffit down. Cameron was able to wire up everything and I now finally have a very nice patio fan. Langdon was amazing as well. In fact talking to the electrical manager Jim, he was wonderful too. Just all around a great experience. It took longer than expected but will 100% come back to Badger Bob's for my electrical needs in the future.

    The tech arrived at 1:45 . He was working on the problem but could not resolve it. Called for another tech who did arrive also. After other tech came and my niece returned they talked with her. She isn't the homeowner. They left my home around5:30 . While eating dinner she told me a sprinkler near the ac unit was leaking and I was asked to notify the people in condo association of the leak as the tech fealt it was urgent. I did send an email the board members that evening. While my company was leaving the next morning which was Saturday 2-21-26 the board came to check it out. They saw the broken sprinkler which was broken by the tech when he was checking out the ac unit. The board members showed me the broken sprinkler head. In addition the first tech told me if I don't have the the washer dryer combo moved before they arrive I n the future they won't work on the unit behind it. Since I've owned this condo unit the tech has moved the washer dryer combo every time they were here. I have owned the condo since 2013 and have always called Badger Bobs for service. I had a service contract so I didn't pay for the repair of their equipment. It is called a Comfort package which I just got in January of 2024. I received a call from Badger Bobs on Feb 22, 2026. During this call he resolved my problem and im changing my star count to five.

    We used BB's on a recommendation from a friend. Badger Bobs was lickety split to come and sell us an $11K HVAC and AC unit with installation. First techs put in the new system. This included a new thermostat control box in the house (which they never had time to come and install after several months wait). Next day the thermostat didn't work, requiring a call to come fix it. Seemed to fix it. We went on vacation out of state and when we returned a week later, we had water dripping down the side of the garage wall underneath it, over the garage floor and into the adjoining bedroom as well as a pool of water on the shelf where the unit sat and all around and under the unit. The wood that made the shelf was soaked and became grossly compromised and then the unit was only being held up by the four corners of the unit on the platform shelf. The tech came out and had to access an entry way into the wall underneath the unit to access a safety drip pan, only to find no less than 5" of standing water in the pan. He sucked all the water out. However, the shelf that the unit sat on was falling apart due to the standing water on the shelf, the particle board was completely compromised in strength and structure. The tech took many pictures and apparently reported back to the supervisor. The house was up for sale and the current state of the shelf would not pass inspection, plus it was dangerous. Call after call to get a responsible person to come repair the shelf was made, passed on to a variety of "decision makers" who could get the ball rolling to get this fixed. It was 2+ months and many calls before someone finally came to repair it. The job was done correctly by an outside source. The whole unit was installed in July and not until the day before closing did they get an inspection to complete the permit process. We sold the house in January and the work to clear the permit was still not done. The whole business was a fiasco, nothing but handing us off and putting us off. I would never use them again, nobody there takes responsibility if you have a problem and it takes forever to get something remedied.
