  Thank you Badger Bob's. Your HVAC Tech Medy was phenomenal. On time, Courteous, and 100% honest about what the problem was. He went above and beyond. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all with understanding. He is a valued employee and he a positive for your company. Thank you so much.......My girlfriend and I appreciate all he did today.

  Had bad Badger bobs come in, because I wanted a second opinion. Their opinion was the best. They told me that I just needed a good cleaning of the air handler, and that was all the other company had me spending thousands of dollars. What you don't know. I now want to be a member of Badger. Bob's and will be I respect people who tell the truth. Thank you

  I love badger bobs service usually but having a technician come without a part and then charging me for the visit was never experienced till last week. If the ice-maker is broke and you know you have to order the part then don’t come till you are fully capable. I paid over $400 for a ten minute job. The install appointments were a hassle as well as I got text on Christmas Eve then my reschedule was for New Year’s Eve.

  Had an issue with ice maker with Samsung refrigerator. It would drip water from ice maker and ice was soft. Called Badger Bobs and technician said that there was a class action on the ice makers but he said my issue was a bad fan and that would solve my issue of water dripping from ice maker. He even said "I'm 100% certain" $350 later and about 1 week later same issue. Water still dripped. Called and same technician came back and said I needed to deal with Samsung. Pretty abrupt and I said you replaced a fan that was "supposedly " bad and I still have the same issue. Still kept saying to deal with Samsung direct and i was like I called Badger Bobs and you said my fan was bad and it would fix my problem. Crooks!! So on their second visit technician said nothing they could do. So basically I was out $350 for a fan replacement that was not bad to begin with. I then said if I replaced my unit and put this one in my garage without hooking it up to water to make ice would it still drip. Response was " You could put it in the sierra desert and it would still drip". Huh. New fridge came and put the Samsung in garage. No water hooked up and 2 weeks later no issues with it dripping water from ice maker. In essence, he had me believe i had a refrigerator that was not even hooked up to a water line would drip water from ice maker. Complete incompetence or just not willing to admit he didn't know what he was talking about. I was ready to have it hauled away and now it is in my garage working perfectly albeit no ice which is what I planned to do anyways. Badger Bobs might be big and well known but that does not make them the most knowledgeable. Now, I was going to replace the samsung with another brand since it did drip water but glad I confirmed that it would be fine in my garage without dripping water from an ice maker that was not even hooked up which is what I told the technician I was going to do. Would not recommend them for appliance repair.

  Right after Christmas is not when you want to have problems with a clogged toilet! We are fairly new to Sarasota so did not know who to call but had seen Badger Bob''s trucks in the area. Such an excellent experience from start to finish. First the receptionist who answered the phone was a very clear communicator, knowledgeable and worked to reassure me that Badger Bob's could help us on the same day. Secondly, they did do exactly what they said they would and came that same day with 30 minutes notice as promised. Thirdly, and I guess most importantly the Plumbing Technician, David Tilley, was just such a professional, knowledgeable and a very nice man. Dave has great communication skills too! Lastly, considering that this was on a weekend and between holidays, the price was very reasonable. And the receptionist had already clearly communicated pricing. So now we have a great vendor as we go forward who we have complete faith in their ability and straightforward business style.
