  We recently finished the installation of our hurricane windows and doors and would like to let you know how pleased we were with your service. The crew – Liam, Mike, Mikey, Anthony, and Brian – was very professional. They came when they were scheduled and did excellent work. If we had any issues they went out their way to fix the problem. After the inspection they came back and installed the trim and cleaned the windows. They also touched up a few spots with paint and filled in a few places where the caulk had shrunk. Your company was recommended by our neighbors and we would certainly recommend you.

  After 10 years in FL, we decided to replace our original builder spec windows in our 25 year old home with Hurricane impact windows. We received quotes from a nationally recognized brand and Armortech. Walt, our sales rep with Armortech, was professional, informative and friendly, and having received a quote that was very favorable, we chose Armortech. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Rick, at the office, set realistic expectations and the company delivered a beautiful custom built product as promised. Liam and Franz, our install techs, removed our old windows with care and installed our new ones with care and a great attention to detail! We love our new windows and look forward to staying put during future storms! We highly recommend Armortech to anyone needing Hurricane impact windows!

  After a lot of thought, we decided to get hurricane windows for all the windows, except the 2 on our lanai that are protected by motorized hurricane screens. We only got 1 estimate from Kevin Wood from ArmorTech in Sarasota; he was so knowledgeable & didn't try to pressure is in any way, so by the next day we committed to him. It took about 8 weeks to get the windows, and the install team spent 3 days at our house - they were very neat & organized, cleaning and vacuuming each day before they left, & even asked us if we had a preference on the order of installation - they moved our king size 4 poster bed and desk in our den. Following the installation, the project manager came out to inspect the work to make sure everything was done correctly in order to pass inspection. (Armor Tech applied for the building permit & scheduled the final inspection.) Once the Manatee County inspector came and closed the permit, ArmorTech then returned to put the screw covers on to complete the installation and CLEAN ALL THE WINDOWS. During the removal of 1 bathroom window, a few tiles were damaged; the installer took photos immediately and arranged for a tile person to come back to do the repair (fortunately, we had extra tiles). It did take 2 visits to complete the repair, but it all looks good now. I would definitely recommend Armor Tech to anyone needing/wanting new windows. All of the people with whom we interacted were extremely professional, polite, and helpful.
