He is dismissive, disrespectful, and within 60 second on the phone him I “said never mind no thank you” and hung up. In sales, it’s your job to guide the customer, not belittle them if they use incorrect terms or need did not give you enough information. Vince was confused on my request and instead of asking for clarification and more information, he laughed and said “that makes no sense” and began berating me for how I worded my request. Absolutely appalled
