They told me I needed a completely new system for $9,567. My son urged me to call Air America for a second opinion. I argued with him, saying it's hot, and I need a new AC system right away and couldn't wait. Eventually, I agreed and called Air America. They arrived quickly and said I only needed a new blower motor, which they installed for $562.78. I figured time would tell if that was really all I needed. Nearly six years later, my AC has been working perfectly! Air America saved me nearly $10,000!

A completely idiotic decision on their part, as I will no longer use them. I highly recommend finding another firm that has loyalty to its long term customers.

American Air got me in next day, Joey did a check of my system to find something simple was the problem, not the compressor as I had been told by another company just the day before! He eplaced the part within minutes and saved me thousands of dollars. Joey was on time, polite, showed me the things he did and what he found. Very efficient. I will be calling them first next time I need anything! Thank you.
