  Great service! I went in on thursday and on friday they delivered 7 yards of topsoil. Great communication through the whole purchase process. They even called me to let me know they were on their way. Soil is in pristine condition taboot! I don't understand why they're rating is so low, they deserve a five star rating. Thank you and look forward to future buisness with yall!!

  We sat an waited for mulch while the workers jus sat on there machines doing nothing, an then the 1 guy starts his 4cliff an drives around the property an then goes an parks it again, he literally did nothing but waste time. By the time someone finally took care of us we wasted a lot of time! This place use to be the best place around but the last few times the workers just haven’t cared!

  We ordered 6 yards of rip-rap for a home project. The driver was on time and courteous. The problem is that we now have around 10-15 wheelbarrow loads of sand with small rocks in my driveway. When I called I was asked if I just couldn’t hose off the driveway. I’m going to have to spend $250 on a bagster to haul the dirt away. UPDATE: They did credit me for one yard of rock. Still not thrilled about having to dispose of around a ton of dirt, but I do appreciate their effort.

  Bought four yards of what was supposed to be compost. When delivered, the bags were placed in front of garage blocking the car in. Called Big Earth and talked with the owner who was extremely rude and yelled at me when I asked him to have someone come out and move the ton of dirt in my driveway! Very unprofessional. Worst part was that the composted soil was prepared improperly and now after three months of pulling and treating the composted area several times for the weeds that grew, I have a spurge infestation along with other unknown weeds that I cannot get rid of. I will NEVER use this place ever again. BEWARE of what you are buying. The weeds are my worst nightmare and impossible to get rid of. This business is evil.
