  Johnathan and Austin both came to take care of Invitation Homes work orders. One was for running out of hot water quicky and one for a simple faucet leak. In both occasions, both Johnathan and Austin were extremely professional with outstanding customer service. Both had a great attitude and before entering the home, put on boot covers, great 1st impression. Both extremely knowledgeable... Invitation Homes has a HUGE list of contractors and based on what i seen, this is the best, top tier company on it.

  Dale Scott Winters was our technician that Strada Services sent out! He did a fantastic job resolving our issue. He went around our property and opened every single vent up, they are brand new vents so he had to kinda pull them open to ensure that we were receiving full air flow. He checked the system thoroughly and took his time to ensure everything was working properly for us . I already feel a difference from his work today! Thank you so much for your services! :)

  Extremely disappointed in the services provided. Strada was hired to install dimmers throughout my home. Within a day or two of the dimmers getting installed some of the lights wouldn't come on so Strada was called back. They did come out (advised that the person who did the installation of the dimmers did it incorrectly and that this would fall under warranty). They did not have the parts with them to correct the problem. I called a few days later to which it WAS acknowledged that they needed to come back out. HERE'S THE THING - THEY NEVER CALLED AND NEVER CAME BACK!!!!!! When I did call them to follow up they advised that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee to which I questioned they only needed to finish what was started. Then I was put on hold and told that I would have to pay an hourly amount for them to come out. I advised this was a correction to their mistake and that they never finished the job from the first payment I made. Bottom line they did not honor warranty work. Will NEVER use this company again.

  I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Parish and Angelo. What started as a dreaded hot water heater issue ended up being one of the smoothest service experiences I’ve had. They were polite, respectful of my home, protected my furniture, and worked like pros from start to finish. Truly just solid, good people who came in and got it DONE. Super grateful—thank you both!

  I had a great experience with Strada Air Conditioner Services. Robert Morris was my technician, and he was excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s not always easy to find reliable service like this, but this experience definitely stood out. Highly recommend!
