I have almost 3 years with Strada and the purpose of my call today was to cancel my contract until I spoke with Jose. He guided me through every step to set up my door lock connection that was disconnected months ago and Jose resolved in minutes. Also, he explained to me all the benefits with Strada. He was very patient, polite, kind and professional. After talking with him I decided to continue with Strada. I just wanted to let Strada know that they have an amazing customer service representative by having Jose. Because I called before and today was the only time a representative help me and resolve the issue without tell me that I need a technician at home (out of pocket).

He even called in his boss to help diagnose the final problem. A rat had chewed through the low voltage thermostat wire. I was really impressed with Strada’s commitment to get my problem solved. I was pleasantly surprised that the fee for their services was much more reasonable than I was expecting after all the hours they spent working on my system.

Spent over 30 mins on hold. When we finally got someone, the clueless customer service reps said the call hadn’t even been routed to a technician. Then they tried to also charge us more for the service call because it’s the weekend vs what the website said. Couldn’t even keep the price the same or waive it for the inconvenience of making us wait 3 hours and still no one showing up. Will never attempt to use this unprofessional company again.
- LLLisaOct 30, 20255.0I just moved into a new build house 10 months prior from out of State. I had no air at all for over 7 days. I was unsure of who to call and I kept getting asked "Do you have a warranty" - I am currently working a very stressful and time consuming job - so I didn't know. Finally, someone gave me the phone # to Strada. I called at 4 pm and told them I wouldn't be home until 7 pm. I spoke with one Edda Torres and a Shane or Sean (I think) OMG!!! I have never been so happy with their kindness, help, empathy and customer service!!!!! Edda got to work right away and got someone to come out that evening! She, and the person I will call Sean, called me several times and kept me updated to the HVAC worker's schedule and ETA! They even called me to tell me the worker was really close. When the HVAC worker arrived, and I'm not even kidding, she had the air blowing cold within 10 minutes. Then, she stayed for 1/2 hour and checked absolutely everything and waited to make sure the house cooled off fast enough. I highly recommend Strada!!!!!! I will only use them for HVAC from now on! I have never had a company care so much about my well-being and comfort!!!! Thank you Strada, Edda Torres, Sean and the excellent HVAC worker!
