  I would not recommend this company period. Over time, the lack of quality and experience workers or follow through does not exist. I’ve dealt with this company for 4 years and in the beginning it was great but overtime quality service went downhill. I bought a new a/c unit from them only to be disappointed with the installation not done correctly. Not anymore.

  Had to replace panel, then 3 sensors stopped working. Serviceman came back and changed the 3 sensors, now another sensor isn’t working. Each time this happens, I have to call customer service, which is an ordeal in itself, because typically takes 2-3 days to get a hold of someone or have them call back. I’ve been with them for almost 10 years, but am afraid that after this commitment ends, I’ll be moving on.

  The sales representative was personable and very knowledgeable in helping me to decide which product my family would need. Furthermore, Excellent service the technician was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything that was being done. I highly recommend this technician and this company

  Austin from Strada was great to work with. He helped us address the plumbing issue quickly and professionally, and he was genuinely nice throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Because of his help, we’re moving forward with a whole house filtration system. Highly recommend!

  The tech Luis was awesome. He made sure everything was working before he left. He double checked. He told me how to use the app. He helped me set up the app as well. He also was very personable and made good conversation while waiting for the devices to boot up. He took his shoes off when going upstairs without me asking him to. Nice guy and very helpful.
