  I called Precision Garage Door to fix my garage door at my place of business. To make a very long story short, when I got my quote, it was way too much, so I wanted to get bids from other companies. When I told the tech that, he stated, Let me call my supervisor and asked me what it would take to make me happy so they could do the job. Right there, I stopped work, thanked him for coming, and that was it. How about you give customers the best and final price you can, and that's how you earn trust. Bargaining back and forth is a waste of my time. The technician was extremely nice, but when it comes to business practices, if you give somebody their final price and it's fair and the lowest the company can go, then that is how trust is built. Also, some of the fixes the technician said I needed turned out to be bogus. I needed another company to come out, and one that has successfully fixed the problem. Also, that is deceptive to try to upsell.

  4 times higher in price. Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. They were prompt, very polite and courteous. Where my rating falls is pricing and high pressure sales. After receiving a couple different estimates, Precision Garage Door estimate was 4 times higher in price for exact parts and labor. The visit was not to repair any mechanical parts. It was for maintenance. I opted for lubrication of the mechanics and would consider replacement parts at a later date. During the visit, the technician kept circling back several times to replacing parts. Glad I obtained additional estimates.

  This is the second time I’ve used Precision for repairs and I can only say great things about them. Chris Schukay was great to work with, as was Felix. They are professional and personable. Repairs were quick and complete. My only surprise was how much things have increased in cost during the last 15 years. So I did get competitive quotes and their prices seem comparable to other companies. I will return with Precision when repairs are again needed.

  Every now and then you get customer service that goes over the top. This week was one of those times. My elderly Mother lives alone in Port Orange and was in desperate need of a garage door repair. I contacted Precision Garage Doors to give us a quote. Within a day we had Chris come out and give us a quote to fix her very old and decaying garage door. He repaired it on the spot and told us at some point the garage door needed to be replaced because it was almost 50 years old. A few months later, we decided to call Precision Garage Doors back to just replace the entire garage door as we were in the process of renovating the entire home. Within 3 days, they came back and we had a brand new garage door installed. The customer service we received from Chris, Eric and Jacob and the two installers were over the top. They treated my Mother with the utmost respect and were very professional during the entire process. Thank you again for everything you did for her! - Sheila, Karen and Brian Corn

  Precision Garage Door Service is outstanding in every way! I had a breakdown today, and it could not have been easier to contact this business and get someone here same day. The folks I spoke with on the phone were extremely professional and kind. Our technician, Carlos Jordan, was excellent and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only fixed our garage, but went above and beyond doing all the little extras that I very much appreciated. Carlos also took the time to explain and go over everything he did and things I can do maintenance / preventative to get the most life out of my garage door parts / springs. next time I need any garage door needs I am calling Precision and requesting Carlos. so grateful and pleased with absolutely everything, highly recommend.
