  I initially chose this company because it's veteran owned (Navy vet myself). Tony C. did a perfect job installing new supply line and shut off valve to my home. He clearly explained all my options beforehand and left it up to me to decide without trying to upsell anything. Also was friendly to chat with in general. I can't recall the name of the lady that scheduled my appointment but she was friendly as well. I will use for any/all future plumbing needs.

  Won't tell you their hourly rate, which is extremely shady. They just say it's "per job" AKA we'll judge you based on how much we think you can afford and charge accordingly. They also charge $69 just to come out and give a quote, which tells me they know their prices are high and want to get you "on the hook" so you then follow the sunken cost fallacy. No thanks!

  I had the honor of having Josh Glenn as my technician. He was very helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done. He cleaned up very well after himself. I will highly recommend this company.

  Josh was very friendly and did a great job of determining where the leaks were coming from and what needed to be down to get them fixed. The initial call to set up the appointment was also great!! I will use them again!
