- SCS CSep 8, 20221.0If I could give zero stars I would. Air conditioning stopped working. I subscribe to their maintenance plan. Called for service on a Wednesday and was advised they could not come out until Sunday. I tried to be connected to a manager was hung up on 2x, transferred back into a que. Then was advised an email would be sent to a supervisor for a callback. No call back was received. I was told they are too busy. It appears Del Air is mostly concentrating on their contracts with the new builds and not their loyal customers. Stay away from this company if you expect timely service. I ended up calling another company and they came out the same day within 4 hours of my call.

Our technician (I believe his name was Ryland) came out and got it working with a temp fix since a part needs to come from the manufacturer. It seems to be working fine - this would have been a horrible vacation with no air conditioning.
