    Service technician today, and in general, I was very professional and courteous. The only thing I would say to a homeowner or owner of investment property, is to keep track of your service because I have had many missed, but it was always given back to me at a later date.

    My experience of Del-Air related to 2004-2007 and due to continual problems that were experienced I am unable to recommend them.

    Del-Air was called to fix the AC as the outside condenser fan was not running. The service person checked the freon levels and pressures. He charged $79.00 plus $50 for the freon. He failed to notice that the condenser fan was not running correctly and failed to fix the problem. I want this problem fixed as it is causing major inconvenience. The service guy did give me a good assessment of the operating pressures and the current draw, however, he needs to fix the problem.
