  My experience with the Beazer builders has been wonderful and I haven’t even purchased a home from them . Thanks to Sanford’s unspoken policy of give any builder with money a permit to build , it has been non stop fun! Beazer and their crew of non English speaking sub contractors do whatever they want whenever they want ! Working late into the night with no worry of any repercussion is the norm ! Coupled with holidays and Sundays not to mention early mornings! It’s like an alarm clock for us working folks .. we don’t mind if it’s 3 hours before we normally wake up because it gives us time to enjoy the music of Mexico as we pick up the trash from the day before that was thrown on our side of the property! Ole’ ! Word is that the draining of Lake Monroe will begin as soon as rainy season subsides and they can begin to build the next well thought out and planned community Sanford is crying out for! From the tearing down of every tree that they said would be saved and the months of burning the pile of former habitat of eagles and woodpeckers to the expert community relations they provide … thanks Beazer ! I’m off to rent a pump and make an attempt at removing the standing water that now greets me every time I walk out my door ! I realize it has nothing to do with the elevation of the new development behind my home because Sanford’s commitment to the tax cattle means whoever gave the ok to build on a swamp must know their stuff ! Anytime I call Sanford to ask a question I get a quick response with no follow up ! Gotta go make some money because Tax time is coming up so take care !
