  Spoke to Roman outside of my house was working across the street. Said when he was done he could come over and look at my plumbing immediately. Very professional resolved my issues I highly recommend them.

  This place is a scam! The girl in the office scheduled the appointment past the 24 hrs first then after giving me a quote on labor she then doubled the price when I started to accept the next day service. If this is the way they do business they are not a forthcoming company and anyone should seek a different plumber!

  On 2/9/26, Hafke Plumbing installed a water heater and made related adjustments in the utility closet at our winter condo. They charged $6,687 which was top dollar. 8 weeks later we still have 4 unresolved issues. 1 - The tank interferes with the closet door closing. 2 - The HVAC condensate line was supposed to have quick disconnects and be easily serviceable. It isn't. 3 - The condensate line was should have been insulated to prevent condensation drips. It wasn't. 4 - They filed the permit application with St. Pete Beach incorrectly causing it to be refiled. Final inspection still has not occurred. We returned north on 4/3 and the job is incomplete. If you hire Hafke plumbing, don't pay the final invoice until the job is 100% complete.

  10/5 service from Gabe N. this weekend. I called him on sunday morning, and he was there the same day with several different potential remedies to my issue. Once I made my decision he was able to get to work immediately and remedy the issue. Even though my house is over 70 years old Gabe knew exactly how to meet the old cast iron piping with modern materials, and he was very considerate of the mess he made demolishing tile and concrete. I highly recommend his services.

  Matthew from Hafke Plumbing just left, and I’m pretty sure he’s part plumber, part detective. He knocked out three separate issues with calm confidence, but the real moment was when he opened up a hot water line and said, “just when I thought I’d seen it all…” Turns out the previous “plumber” had used so much glue on a fitting that it pooled inside the pipe and hardened into what can only be described as a rock… completely blocking the line. Instead of turning it into a big, expensive mess, Matthew knew exactly where to cut—fixing the problem cleanly and saving me from what could have been a much bigger job. And then he didn’t stop there… He ran to Home Depot, came back with a splitter, and set me up with a proper outdoor connection so I can finally use my power washer. Even better, he walked me through assembling it—then took it apart and made sure I could do it myself. That’s the kind of service you don’t expect anymore. Expert work, smart solutions, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Thank you, Hafke Plumbing—my hot water is back, my laundry is moving again, and I’ve got a new appreciation for how good a plumber can be.
