  My 3 stars might be 2 once I see the completed job. My son bought a condo in Pinellas that needed floors. I suggested LL as I used them in NY. Yes Janelle is good with customer service but the process has been horrible. We were deciding between 2 flooring samples. Paid for measuring and made our selection. Color was much much darker than the stock photo. That was very upsetting as its a small unit. Originally we were told the matching trim wasn't available as we chose a sale/clearance item. OK Janelle blended trim in. Upon going to the store to complain about the color, magically they now found the matching trim. We were going to change the order but that would have put his move off by 2 weeks so he conceded to keep the darker color. Then on the morning of installation we both get calls from Janelle that the job now needs padding. Really another $300 & change? Terrible. I'll be there in 3 hours and our recollection is that the planks had a bluish pad on it but its not in the website description. Crazy thing is the floor we were originally going with had padding and was a lighter color and would have been less expensive than the clearance floor we chose. Yes great friendly service but honestly one of the least professional experiences I have had in years and I would never go back. Also communication was horrible as I dont know if the job was completed or not as Noone reached out as I requested and Janelle kept wavering back and forth on its a 1 day job or a 2 day job. I would never use these people again. Nobody takes responsibility and the blame game is horrible. I will update this when I see the floors later but it won't change much. Might just go to 2 stars. I will be reaching out to the district manager before I call my credit card company to dispute the extra charges as I was being held hostage at that point The install team was already in my house and now I needed padding. Was there really a choice at that point. Its kind of like being at gunpoint. Very unfortunate experience. Find another store. They all sell the same stuff. The 3 stars has been dropped to 1 now that the store manager has hung up on me. Then when i was at the store she ran away and locked herself in the bathroom as she didn't like what she was hearing. Next she reappears saying the flooring is defective and the installer is packing it up and returning it. RUN RUN RUN BY THE WAY THE INSTALLERS WERE INCREDIBLE AND ARE ACCOMMODATING MY SON!!!. I'll add photos tomorrow hopefully.

  The customer service we received was outstanding! Janelle was so helpful in guiding us in choosing flooring and baseboards. She went above and beyond! Our install team was equally as awesome and got our install and baseboards done in record time.

  After mulling over on what we wanted to do with our floors, we decided to swing by LL to see if we could make our project more budget friendly. Luckily, we found Janelle who gave us options that were within our range and also found a very nice baseboard for us that was on a special sale (Almost half of what we would’ve paid at Lowe’s). It did require driving across the state to pick it up in Melbourne, but at saving $800 it was definitely worth it. The installation team was very professional and did top quality work in less time than they said it would take. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the whole product and process.
