  I’m absolutely delighted with my new flooring and the entire experience from purchase to installation. Charles Bowman, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose exactly the right flooring for my room. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the process easy and enjoyable. Luis (of Luis F, LLC), the installer, did an excellent job. He was fastidious, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to every detail. The finished floors look great and he left everything spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them!

  Great store with wide variety of products and very reasonable prices. Exceptional customer service as well. Tom and Charles went above and beyond in helping me select the right products for my many projects. Highly recommended.
