  Bought a specialty window from Window World ten years ago that was guaranteed for life. The window cracked and was covered by the lifetime warranty, but the company that manufactured the window no longer makes that size. Company gave me $500 for a window I paid $1,100 for 10 years ago. Window World will replace for $2,300. That doesn't seem like the lifetime warranty is working!

  We just had Phase 2 of our windows installed by Window World, and we couldn’t be happier! Jay and Pinky did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The windows look fantastic, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I also want to thank Joy for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful with scheduling and answering all of my questions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Window World and their team!

  Window World installed windows in our entire home in 2024. They did an excellent installation and we’ve been very happy with the quality of the windows. Communication is outstanding from both Chris (sales) and Edie. Prompt responses to inquires, purchases and resolution of any concerns unmatched. I would highly re commend them. They have excellent products and truly care about customer service!

  After discovering that other competing window and door replacement companies that actually wanted more money than Window World, were selling the exact same generic hardware that could be bought from lumber outlets, we found Window World and they actually designed the windows specifically for their company with a lot of forethought that provided features none of the other companies could provide.

  Chris took the time to explain the latest in sliding door technology. I have two 8-foot sliding doors that have survived on the Florida Space Coast since 1982. Window World Will be updating them with impact rated, "insulated" replacement doors that will open from both sides. This will give my home additional peace of mind, lower energy bills and the ability to rearrange the furniture in both rooms becaise the previous sliders only opened on one side.
