They completed a quick installation without cutting corners, and the cleanup was so thorough you couldn’t even tell they had been there. On top of the great work, their pricing was very competitive.   After a heavy rain storm appeared to cause a leak in our roof (6 years old), we quickly contacted Local Roofing Experts the next day. Within minutes, Edgar replied and came by to take a look at the damage and quote a repair. We are highly satisfied with the repair job. Edgar is a great guy to deal with and is very proactive. He has great integrity and really cares that his customers are looked after and kept informed. Thanks to his approach , he made us aware of possible serious hidden issues with a poor quality badly fitted flash lining under the tiles that could cause leaks in future. His team showed up as promised and early for the job. They replaced the shingles and lining at a reasonable cost so we prevented a certain disaster in years ahead. The new shingles blended perfectly. The team worked hard to a high quality standard and took great care to tidy up the site after completion. Very highly recommended.
