They took the time to make sure what I wanted from my whole house dehumidifier was what was completed. After finishing they explained what they had done and why. They removed their shoes when entering our home and completely cleaned up before leaving. Great experience.

Breanna arrived on scene and was very professional, thorough, she explained everything along the way, and it was obvious she loves her job! Unlike previous companies, she did not try to sell us anything. Kudo's to Ellington for having employees as conscientious and professional as Breanna! We signed up for Ellingtons annual "membership" and we're hoping they send her when it's time for our next service visit.
