  Kaliam and partner did an excellent job. Were very thorough and efficient. Ellington should be proud to have such two very polite young men in their company.

  He showed up on time. We received text messages about him and arrival time before our appointment time. He did great work. Worked until our A/C was installed ( it took 14 hours!) He is very polite. He very professional and cleaned up after himself. He kept us updated on progress. I highly recommend!!

  Not a pleasant experience overall the appointment was meant for Saturday the 21st between 4 and 6 PM. No one called me when calling Ellington I get a AI person named Sarah, who is really not capable of doing anything number one somebody from your office needs to call me because the account is all messed up number one. Donald Bryan is deceased. We no longer have 573 Rockledge Drive I own 1675 S. 5th Blvd. 108C and 112 C you sent this bill to my brother who has nothing to do with my condos. Someone needs to contact me right away. Thank you.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Cheyne with Ellington AC. He came to my home to install sanitization lights and clean my air ducts, and he worked for eight hours straight with unbelievable professionalism and dedication. When I came home from work, I was completely speechless. You couldn’t even tell work had been done — my home was left in pristine condition. Not a speck out of place. That level of care is rare. What impressed me just as much was his communication. He explained the entire process clearly, kept in touch with me throughout the day, and made sure I understood everything that was being done. His knowledge, work ethic, and respect for my home were beyond anything I’ve experienced before. If you are considering Ellington AC, ask for Cheyne.   This is part 1 of a 2 part review. Note: I apologize in advance for this long winded reveiw. Part 1 (Feb 9, 2026) In our 70's, we are in our forever home. It was time for our forever HVAC system including a properly designed duct system. Which our 50 year old ducts were not. I called Ellington and Design Consultant Ryan M. came to evaluate our HVAC. I can't say enough about this young man. Professional, respectful, knowlegable. We call him family, now! We chose a Lennox fully variable 19.5 seer system and with Ryan's guidance and our input a new system design was put in place. On Demolition day we met Norberto and Mark. Again professional, courteous and polite young men. We have been involved with every aspect of the project and it is going very well. Today we met Eslie, the third member of the team. With new ducting there could be alot of mess. There was almost no mess and we had at least 3 relocated vents. See image of Eslie catching the debris as Mark cuts the hole inthe attic. We probably have one more day to go but we are super pleased with the progress. Flawless installation so far! I can truly say we are experiencing the Ellington Difference! Thanks to the whole group from the office to the installers. I will post finished images when they are done. Stay tuned. George and Helen M Part 2 (Feb 25, 2026) It's been almost a month with our new Lennox system. And we met yet another talented member of the team, Spencer C, who performed a quality check and a fine tune of the system to ensure everything was working as designed. Spencer explained our system (19.5 seer fully variable) was like the Porsche of A/C systems and he ensured we are 100% properly set up to Lennox's high standards. I gotta mention the S40 Smart Thermostat. It is very intuitive and we have no issues using it. And what is extra cool for a techy guy like me is the screensaver function. See images below. Also I must say a huge thanks to Heather, Ana, Abby and Danny who helped us jump through a couple financial hurdles. Your assistance was awesome. What a great team and company. We spent a lot of money and indeed got what we paid for! Helen and I again have experienced for ourselves the Ellington difference. George
