I asked if someone would be out today, was told Cassidy had overbooked and I would have to reschedule. Very inconvenient and not professional. Will look elsewhere.

For the AC, I was told everything was fine and that my issues were due to humidity, and to use a dehumidifier. I tried that, but it didn’t resolve the problem. For the plumbing, they quoted over $500 for a part to stop my tub from leaking. My father-in-law was able to fix it that same weekend for $70. Overall, the response was quick, but the services didn’t address my issues, and I ended up paying $115 per service without real results.
