We are a construction company and discussed a situation with one of their salesman and he agreed that they will provide a refund for some days lost. When the invoice came, no refund. We discussed it with him and "refreshed" his memory about the situation only to have them issue the refund and come up with a ghost invoice for fuel which they claim the machine was not fueled by us. The refund they owed us was for $358, the ghost invoice for $360. Worst customer service. We closed our account and have moved on to more professional and honest companies.
