  Kody, a tech for Hot to Cold recently serviced our AC unit. H3e was professional in completing his checkup and very courteous and friendly. We have been customers for the company and have always enjoyed the techs who have worked on our unit. Kody is another one we had a good experience with.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail—he didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and made sure I felt confident about my system and next steps. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company, I highly recommend Hot 2 Cold Air Conditioning—and definitely ask for Kody!

  I had a great experience with Hot 2 Cold. The gentleman they sent out, Kody Dykman, did a great job explaining to me everything that went into the maintenance on the unit, gave me several recommendations at different price points on how to continue to best maintain my unit, and he was very friendly. He also took lots of pictures of everything which helped me better understand what was going on as he walked me through some of his findings that could be problematic. Highly recommend!

  We had a great experience all around with Hot 2 Cold. We had to get a new ac unit and within two days it was being installed. Super quick turn around and everyone we spoke to was helpful. Carlos and KC, the technicians installing our new system, were professional and got the job done. Our air handler is in the worst and smallest place in our house and somehow they did the impossible and made it work. They had good communication and kept us informed along the way. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We definitely recommend Hot 2 Cold.
