  STAY AWAY. They have a high employee turnover rate, I’ve had to deal with 3 different “project managers” since my project started and no one is on the same page. Communication is very difficult with them. They tell you their work is warrantied and but then find any excuse to not fix their mistakes. We had LVP laid and twice they’ve had to replace the transition strips and they’re still coming up because their team doesn’t know what they’re doing.

  What a way to start the new year, I shopped and had 4 different companies come to my home and so glad I picked Perfect Choice flooring, my floors look incredible such a clean precise job. Kudos to the install team they were so accommodating, especially careful with my furniture and left the rooms spotless. Literally made me fall in love with my home again. I also want to mention the 3 other companies had their little sales tactic games (I wont mention their names) Perfect Choice demonstrated honest integrity came in at a very fair price with no games. Shout out to Jonny, Geraldo and Jose! Even better they are local, I highly recommend this fantastic team.

  I couldn't be happier with the hardwood flooring PCF installed in my home! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Jonny and his team were professional, punctual, and incredibly patient. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the process every step of the way. The hardwood floors look beautiful, and the installation was completed efficiently without cutting any corners. They left the workspace clean and treated my home with respect. If you're looking for a flooring company that delivers quality work with excellent customer service, I highly recommend PCF.
