  Dewey was great. Arrived within an hour of calling with a broken outside spigot. Was polite and worked quickly to resolve the issue. He made sure everything was ok when the water was turned back on.

  Just called them for a backed up garbage disposal. It's running fine but the water won't drain. They would charge me $175 for a diagnostic trip. I don't think it is affordable at all! Not sure what those "affordable" reviews" are true or fake

  Crofton's Plumbing & Drain Solutions repaired a major failure/burst open main pipe in the back yard of our condo over the New Year's holiday 2025. M.D. and his crew worked diligently so our water would be shut off for as little time as possible. The county then worked to fill in the hole more than 6 feet deep. The county left shovels, debris, "danger" tape and stakes, and flags all over the area for 6 weeks and never returned. John from Croftons Plumbing came over to the site and cleaned up all that the county left behind. He surely didn't need to do that. It was kind of him to do so! Randy came to the site to assess the situation and find a way for the county to come back and finish smoothing out the mol 15 feet of dirt. I can't belive that a company like Crofton's would clean up the eyesore and help a senior when it wasn't their responsibility! Thank you so much! I don't know the cost of such a project because the condo association is the onebring billed.

  Timely, quickly, professionally replaced a failed pressure relief valve. Answered all my questions and certainly live up to all the 5 star reviews they have received. Croftons is now my go to plumber.

  Crofton's Plumbing (formerly Howie's SCC Plumbing) outstanding. Have been using for years and always request Dewey (Master Plumber). He is professional, personable, competent and meticulous. Today, I had a new Kohler toilet installed. Past jobs by Dewey: new Kohler 60/40 kitchen sink; new bathroom porcelain sink; new Rheem hot water heater. Excellent family run business.
