  Outstanding service provided at fair & reasonable price. Mark scheduled my repair in a timely manner, especially with a hurricane headed toward FL. He arrived as scheduled and completed thorough diagnostic checks then proceeded to do a good cleaning of my generator’s carburetor and other components. Additionally he fielded my questions and provided solid advice on how to prevent reoccurrence of my gumming issue. I highly recommend All Florida Power & Air Services.

  Our home powering Generac generator inconveniently broke during Hurricane Milton. Mark put us on his schedule and came at 9:30 on a Friday night - which we were so grateful for, given we didn’t have power. He charged us $180 for a diagnosis and said our issue was too extensive to fix right then but he would be back Monday for the repair. Disappointing because we didn’t have power but we understood his reasoning. Monday came and went and Mark did not show, nor respond to my message asking if he could still come for our repair (we still did not have power at this point). It is now the following Friday and we still have not seen or heard from Mark. Extremely disappointed in this service as it seems he worked as late as possible to collect easy money and not complete a job. At this point we’re not even sure if he accurately diagnosed our problem.

  Took a generator there asked to pay $50 deposit, and it would take 3 weeks to repair. Now we are going on 3 months when I call I keep being told it is done then never calls that it is ready. Advertised hours is not what he works. Will not return calls, voicemail is full. Now has my generator and $50 and is non responsive to calls, store not open.
