Estimate was done and when it was time to sign the contract- the price was different than what was initially quoted. Different price attached to a sticky note. Very unprofessional and never follow up with potential clients- they never call you back. . This company has shady dealings when it comes to the prices they have quoted. BEWARE!
- TLTallahassee LassieOct 5, 20185.0UPDATE: 2023 The roof experience was so outstanding we had ESI do more work for us. ESI completely rebuilt our carport which was crushed by a tree. ESI added siding, gutters and replaced our windows and doors. The work was completed in a timely manner and it is flawless! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESI! Wow! My roof looks AMAZING! Who knew such an INCREDIBLE contractor was located right here in little Quincy. ESI just replaced our very worn roof in Quincy. EVERYTHING went as planned. We had lots of wood rot which was cut out and replaced in the correct manner. The crew was on site every morning promptly at 8:00 AM. My property was tidied up each afternoon and when the job was completed. The proper permit was pulled and on display. The office staff was pleasant and answered all of my many questions. I would recommend ESI without a hesitation!

The roofing specialist came out, found the source of our leak and affected the repair that afternoon. Exterior Specialties is a friendly group with knowledgeable technicians. We will be calling on them for any figure projects or repair needs.
