  This review is late but I had wood floors installed 2years ago by another company. The wood started to bubble up and blister. The co. refused to come out to help me. This was just before the holidays. I found Jim through the internet. He came the next day and realized the wood was defective. He made suggestions to replace the floor. He was extremely patient helping me pick out new flooring and answering all my questions. He and his team worked so efficiently. The floor was done in 2 days and looks amazing. I would recommend him in a minute. Thank you Jim

  I am writing this review just because of the quote I got from Jim! I did not end up going with him on my project because one of the other subs I have working on this project can do flooring as well. Wanted to keep it a little more simple, but Jim was straight forward and very communicative when talking to me about the project. Out of the 4 or 5 quotes for flooring I got, he was one of the lowest out there by probably $800-$1,000. Based on his great rating already on here, seems like he does great work as well for a great price!

  Jim came out and was able to give me a quote within a day. He offered me several dates and the team was finished in 2 days installing flooring throughout the kitchen, dining, living, and bathroom. From start to finish the process was flawless - leaving me with nothing to do but choose the flooring! Which he provided samples. Highly recommend!

  I recently had 2 bathrooms updated in a very old home. I was given contact information for gottchacovered flooring and reached out. Jim, the owner, promptly returned my phone call followed by an on-site estimate. I had already purchased a white marble vinyl tile which was installed by this company. The workmanship was outstanding and I am extremely pleased with the results. Jim was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend him for flooring installation and plan to use this company again in the future.
