We have not had air-conditioning for eight days now and have had a few technicians come out to the house which resulted in parts being ordered, but not fixing the problem. The latest update is that they will order another part which may or may not fix the problem and it will take approximately seven days. In the meantime, we are in a house that is unbearable to live in with an AC that may or may not be fixed in seven days. We have sent them all the documentation they need to honor their warranty and it seems like they are dragging their feet. This has been escalated and we are awaiting Trane’s Resolution team’s feedback. We requested a new unit seeing that trying to fix the air conditioner that is not functioning is not an option. We have spoken to at least 25 people now and they are taking their sweet time.
