He sent over JR to figure out what was wrong. it turns out the heater was a Rheem marathon with a 10 year warranty. JR was able to get me some hot water for the weekend and after Dave contacted Rheem they agreed to replace the water heater with a 50 gallon commercial grade with a booster pump. I only had to pay for the labor. JR did an excellent job very efficient, clean and workman ship. I will always use this company for all my future plumbing needs

I’m starting to merge and he steps on the gas and gets dangerously close to everyone. He is in a marked company vehicle driving like that? That is a representation of your company? And then twiddles his fingers at me when confronted. Invest in a camera system for your company vehicles so bad employees either act better or don’t work for you.
