As part of the maintenance steps it was discovered that the contacts for the heating element were buzzing loudly and failing. Logan's truck was stocked with the needed part and it was quickly replaced. Before leaving Logan showed me pictures of all of the steps taken in the maintenance steps and the repair. As has been the case for the five years I have lived here with Rocket Cooling as our HVAC contractor, we are very pleased with the service they provide. Highly recommended!
