I did not end up going with him on my project because one of the other subs I have working on this project can do flooring as well. Wanted to keep it a little more simple, but Jim was straight forward and very communicative when talking to me about the project. Out of the 4 or 5 quotes for flooring I got, he was one of the lowest out there by probably $800-$1,000. Based on his great rating already on here, seems like he does great work as well for a great price!
