Then asked if I had any thing else and I had a not so urgent issue but they repaired that too. What a great company and team to work with. They are now my plumbers to go to!!

I bought a beautifully designed Forious faucet and needed it installed in my kitchen.My a/c company recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Stuart. They sent John Dunn, who did an excellent job. He also spent a few minutes answering my questions on replacing my 10-year wate heater.. After I heard all the permissions you neeed and the beaucracy you have to satisfy I decided to wait. My water heater was running fine so far. Then John told me about the charge: $485 , which he said was 15 percent lower because of my military service. John does not set the prices BF does. Two weks later I got another bill for $95. It explained what had to be done to replace the wate heater, everything I already knew because of John's explanation. I assume the charge was for John's explanation. because it was a bii. Before I wrote this review I looked at my old reviews . To my surprise there was a 5-star review for a plumber I hired a few years ago, which I had totally forgotten. In the review I even thanked this plumber for charging me fairly. My wife earns $15 an hour. When she got home fromwork I told her she should have been a plumber.
