  I greatly appreciate that Radames was very detailed in explaining each step of the re-piping repair (including the materials which would be used and benefits of these materials). Both he and Ryan were meticulous in performing the required work; both have pleasant personalities.

  John Dunn was professional and most of all honest. My issue is a water leak coming from the outside through my slap. It is not something Benjamin Franklin repair. John was honest with me and offered to see if someone else he knows could help. Thank you John for your honesty.

  New filter for water treatment, serviced water heater. John had installed both several years ago, knows our house. Always works thoroughly, neatly, explains everything clearly and gives advice as to maintenance we can do. Friendly and we look forward to his visits. Also cleaned a stubborn drain in only 20 seconds!

  Promp service but terrible pricing and horrible results!! They came to fix a plumbing issue at my mother's house. They left it filthy and in disarray. They cut several holes open, and left them open. Ran new lines with open holes in our walls!!! Will not be doing business with them again. Over $6,000 and you can't even expect the professional courtesy of FINISHING THE JOB!! DESPICABLE. They will not return calls after receiving payment. If any of you would like personal recommendations for plumbers; LOOK ELSEWHERE

  Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and considerate . He was detail oriented and made sure the repair was accomplished safely and completely. I had a gas leak associated with the hot water heater which Thompson Gas Company found for me earlier in the day, taken apart and flagged (another great company). By the time I was able to get to the repair step it was nearly 6pm. Anthony took that in to account when billing me. This had been my parents house both of whom had passed away. I was out of state and had just got it rented when my tenant smelled the leak. It was a challenge to find a trustworthy company from out of state. I was blessed to have landed with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Anthony shared his photo, a short bio, his expected arrival time, and his live location as he was coming. Even though I wasn’t there Anthony provided clear and concise, understandable information as to what was happening. Anthony dealt so well with me new tenant that he even texted me how amazing Anthony was. These three things together were an added personal touch which stands out above normal companies. I also learned from Julia (another understanding and patient person) that they were family owned. Julia was on the phone with me at one point. I have absolutely found my go to plumbing company when I need help!
