  I had an absolutely incredible experience with Jay's Floors and More! I had been to all the big box stores—Floor & Decor, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and several other businesses—and none met my expectations. The minute I walked into Jay's Floors and More, I was greeted by Patricia, who was so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was looking for, had samples in store, and even let me take one home. After that, she arranged for a visit to measure the entire house, and they provided me with a very reasonable estimate. The team then installed beautiful porcelain wood plank tile throughout the entire home, plus fresh carpet in the guest bedrooms and new tile on my patio. The men who did the installation were unbelievably professional and hardworking—they moved all of our furniture with care and paid such attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I stepped in the store to the project’s completion, everything was perfect. I’ll absolutely be using them again for my upcoming kitchen remodel. And I also want to thank Lisa, who was the scheduler and kept everything on track seamlessly.

  We absolutely love our new granite kitchen countertop! Jay's Team helped us find the perfect stone for our needs, and the installation was second to none. Master craftsmen!

  Whoever was driving their van cannot drive smh. Almost crashed into my husbands truck with our kids inside. Swerved onto half of our lane!

  Its been over a year and we Still LOVE Our Carpets ! Hoping to do the 3 bedrooms. I am picky and I had an Awesome Experience with Jays !!!! I had a lovely young lady spend Alot of time with me at the store,then a very nice man came to measure,and 2 men came and pulled up and took out my horrible filthy carpet that was in the house we bought and they laid down my new carpet. It felt like the process was fast ! They even vacuumed the new carpet after they laid it down ! My kids were so excited to have beautiful carpeting called Pumpkin Pie that for days they refused to let me put the furniture back in the room. Lol They were rolling around on it and doing somersaults and even slept on it ! I got a Great price and tell Everyone I meet about my experience and tell them to check out Jays Before buying elsewhere. His prices were even better then Home Depot ! And we went to a place on US1 where we were very put off by an Extremely rude grumpy older man who we would Never have dealt with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAYS !
