We appreciated the patience and follow up while we made a decision on the installation and purchase date. They were willing to work with us to meet our schedule. I appreciate when the software changes, they made sure the estimate matched closely to the estimate in the original design software and allowed for a small increase in material cost based on the timeframe. The installation was smooth and exactly what we expected. If the additional closet systems in the home need repair or replacement, we will call Intelligent Design again for help.
