You are considered lucky if they take you seriously, call you back and don't waste your time. Tried giving them the green light on a roof replacement and nothing, no response to email either. $13,000 loss to them is someone else's gain... They seem to forget roofers out here are a dime a dozen... I won't be chasing no roofer to do my roof.... unbelievable...
