He diagnosed the components of the problematic furnace and was able to replicate many system faults. Since I have a faulty gas furnace He advised me to keep the furnace off and don’t attempt to turn it back on. He ordered parts and so I hope the parts are delivered and installed promptly.

At first, we went with ARS/Rescue Rooter Tampa Bay (a Home Depot authorized dealer), but they tried to charge us nearly $8,000 in labor, which made no sense. I decided to reach out to Progressive Air Systems for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. Their technician, Adam Heitzman, was extremely genuine, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and, most importantly, told me the repair would only cost $369—a huge difference compared to the other company’s quote. I truly appreciate Progressive Air Systems for their honesty and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this company, and especially Adam Heitzman, who is exceptional and outstanding.
