Later on that evening my unit shut down with no air flow (hot or cold) I put in another service request, currently I’m waiting for a response. I paid to join the membership plan. The technician stated that my unit is less than 5 years old and may have some type of valve issue inside the unit. I wish I could have had a Full Service inspection no matter the current temperature outside.
